Research and Preparation:
• Familiarise ourselves with your culture, your operations, your issues and challenges
• Identify current practices and behaviours and work with you
Process Design:
• Agree measurable outcomes and timescales
• Assess practicalities of location, personnel, options for work related projects, budgets…
• Present the process, discuss the training intervention and content objectives
Core Learning Event(s):
• Offer a pilot
• Remain flexible to allow the learning to be maximised
• Conduct group and personal learning reviews
• Use language that is refreshing and ‘down to earth’
• Add a little magic, through our creative design
Transfer to the Work place:
• Formal and informal coaching back at work
• Follow-up events where required in order to hold participants accountable for the learning and commitment to action back at work
• Evaluate the learning experience and validate the behavioural changes and impact on business performance
