Adrian Bennett is a Director of Broadwater and has 20 years experience in training development and operations management. He has worked with organisations such as Capital One, TNT Logistics, Body Shop and The Forensic Science Service. He is responsible for both course design and delivery on a whole range of programmes. Adrian is a qualified practitioner in Myers Briggs Type Indicator® and 16pf® .

Nigel Denning has worked for a number of well-known organisations during his career and has been actively involved in learning and development since his introduction to the field in1985 when he joined British Telecom’s Management College. Nigel has managed clients on behalf of a number of consultancies and has worked alongside Forensic Science Services, Games Workshop, The Tote and Halifax Bank of Scotland. Nigel is an experienced trainer and facilitator who is qualified to use Belbin®, Strength Deployment Inventory® and Myers Briggs Type Indicator®. He can be relied upon to bring a creative yet realistic approach to all his work.

Simon Maddison started working in the training and development industry in 1984 Simon has a wide breadth of experience. His particular skills are in design, development and delivery of active, participative programmes and workshops, working closely with other facilitators and focussing on client needs. He has worked with B&Q, AXA, WHSmith and Capital One managing some extraordinary events.

Kathy Iffla is a very experienced facilitator and coach at both the team and individual level. Working mainly in the field of experiential learning she has been involved with a number of top business schools such as Aston, Cranfield and Warwick. She is a qualified coach and holds a Life Coaching Diploma from the Academy of Life coaching. She has worked with Myers Briggs Type Indicator® and Emotional intelligence interventions at senior level.

Lynda Bennett is a Director of Broadwater. Prior to joining the company she had extensive commercial experience in industry working in business process’s and systems. She has worked with organisations throughout Europe and the USA and has experience of managing teams at senior level.

Ann-Louise Brenchley is our Business Development Manager , and brings 21 years of experience from a variety of training organisations that have specialised in culture change, personal development programmes and experiential development. She has project managed long-term tender contracts, large scale roll-outs and trainer teams, and also enjoys working with small, bespoke projects too. Ann-Louise brings experience of working across a huge cross-section of UK industry including telecommunications, retail, finance, MOD, service and public sector.

Tim Relton is an accomplished and inspirational trainer coach and facilitator. He has over 20 years experience of coaching managers as individuals and in groups. He has worked as an Executive Coach for a team of vice-presidents of a major international food manufacturer. Tim has an MBA and is skilled in the use of MBTI and Emotional Intelligence instruments.

Helen Williams has 20 years experience as a Development Consultant and has worked for Nat West Bank and NEC Group before spending 12 years at The Law Society - the regulatory body for Solicitors in England and Wales. Qualified in the application of Belbin®, Insights and Myers Briggs Type Indicator®. Helen specialises in creative design and a motivational style of delivery covering all aspects of interpersonal skills, management development and facilitation of team building events.
