Berghaus break record!!

Just returned from three excellent days with leaders from outdoor clothing firm Berghaus. The quality of their input and commitment to learning was a great credit to the organisation. We even had an opportunity to test their kit as the programme venue was in Alston Cumbria 1500 feet above sea level and yes it did snow!Simon Adrian and Nigel would like to thank the Berghaus participants for all their work and for breaking a record on one of Simon's more challenging leadership activities.
