Working with the board of Berghaus and Chairman Sir Chris Bonington to develop their senior team. Followed up by development for their middle managemnet community.

Two events for Biomet Asia working with their leadership community at three of their sites in China.

We have run a number of events for Santander Bank and have coached some of their senior leaders

A long term commitment working with a strategic project team in The Guinness Partnership.

Broadwater have provided significant support for Boots Retail Talent Programme delivering a number of key modules.

We provided over 40 Change workshops for the Housing Corporation during their re-structure into two organisations.

Bupa engaged us to provide an experiential; event for their Stepping up to Leadership programme with great feedback.

Since 2007 we have worked extensively with TDX Group to develop their leadership community. We have delivered Board and Middle Management Development interventions and a long term coaching project.

Broadwater have provided team and leadership programmes for ConvaTecs Deeside and Rhymney locations.

We have an ongoing partnership with Speedo and were instrumental in supporting their product development team.
We are also working with them on their Talent Management Programme developing their senior leaders of the future.
